We will also assist you to obtain necessary post-registration documentation, approvals, licences, permits, etc for your business i.e. registration with Federal Inland Revenue Service and obtaining a Tax Identification Number (TIN) or VAT letter, Registration with State tax authorities, SCUML certificate, Certificate of Capital Importation (CCI), Business Registration or Business Permit,  Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), Pension Fund Administrator/Pension Commission, Money Lender’s Licence, NAICOM licence, etc.

Company Secretarial Services

We provide company secretarial services on an outsourced basis to our clients in different sectors i.e. taking all preparatory steps to holding management, board and board committees, members’ meetings.

We keep statutory books and registers on behalf of companies and assist them to file statutory returns at the Companies’ Registry and liaise with relevant regulators and agencies of government. In carrying out our services, we advise on compliance with applicable rules and regulations.

Corporate Governance Services

We assist our clients to draft or review an industry-specific governance code, board and/or board committee charters and other internal regulatory documents.

We also provide board induction and training programmes for new directors and facilitate specific skill training for other directors. We undertake periodic corporate governance audit and board evaluation for companies.

Due Diligence services, individual and corporate background checks

We undertake comprehensive or abridged due diligence review, corporate and security searches, background checks,etc. on individuals, business entities, cases or matters filed in court, location and/or of properties, etc. to assist our clients make informed personal and/or business decisions.

We assist our clients to change the structure of their companies, assist recapitalization or increase their share capital, share transfer or divestiture, mergers and acquisitions in accordance with extant laws and regulations.
